Assessment Fees
Assessments are individually tailored based on each child’s history, learning profile, current concerns, and the goals of the assessment.
The scope of assessment can vary depending on the questions being explored and the level of clinical complexity involved. As a general guide, most comprehensive assessments typically fall within the range of $2400 to $3200.
Assessment fees generally reflect the time involved in clinical interviewing, review of background information, direct assessment, scoring, interpretation, integration of information across settings, report writing, and parent feedback.
How Fees are Determined
Following an initial phone discussion, I will take the time to understand your child’s learning history, current concerns, and your goals for the assessment. From there, we can discuss the most appropriate assessment options, and I will provide a clear outline of the recommended assessment process and associated fee before any assessment proceeds. This helps ensure that the assessment is tailored to your child’s individual needs, while providing clarity around both the process and expected cost from the outset.
